Conditions for Redeeming Discount Codes

• Discount codes can only be redeemed once per customer and order.
• The combination of several discount codes is not possible.
• A cash payment/conversion is not possible.
• Certain products and brands may be excluded from discount campaigns and will be mentioned in the respective campaign. Product and brand exclusions are subject to change during the discount campaign.
• Discount codes have a limited period of validity and lose their validity when the stated end date expires. Offsetting against orders placed before or after the promotional period is not possible.
• Unless otherwise indicated, discount codes are only valid in the GENTIUSS online shop.
• Discount codes issued to a customer may not be resold or assigned to a third party.
• The minimum order value is stated in the detailed information of the discount code. If the minimum order value is subsequently fallen below by returning a corresponding article, GENTIUSS reserves the right to invoice the difference between the order with a discount code and the order without a discount code.
• If an order contains several articles (discount on the entire shopping cart), GENTIUSS reserves the right to divide the discount amount among one article or proportionately among several articles.
• If all or individual items to which the discount code relates are not available, there is no entitlement to a refund of the discount amount or to a new discount code.
• If you make use of your right of withdrawal or if the ordered goods are returned for other reasons, only the reduced invoice amount will be reimbursed. There is no entitlement to a refund of the discount amount or to a new discount code.
• GENTIUSS is not responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of discount codes or offers on third-party sites.
